02 — Treatments
From routine check-ups to full smile design, implants and orthodontics — every treatment you might need, delivered in one familiar place.
Regular examinations keep your mouth healthy. Early detection makes problems easier to correct and saves valuable tooth structure — by the time you can feel it, it's often too late.
Our hygienists are experts in saving teeth and keeping your smile in top condition, using state-of-the-art ultrasonic cleaning.
We consider all dentistry to be cosmetic. Using high-resolution photographs and models of your teeth, we design your smile in harmony with your whole face.
Fillings
Modern white filling materials mimic natural tooth structure, contain no mercury and are set instantly with intense LED blue light — ready to eat on as soon as you leave. Most fillings range $300–$450, depending on size and complexity.
Crowns
All our crowns are fabricated right here in Auckland by highly experienced dental technicians — never sent to cheap overseas laboratories. A wide variety of crown materials is available, and your dentist will help choose the most appropriate one for your tooth.
Veneers
Size, shape, colour and position can all be optimised for a beautiful smile. Using photographs and models of your teeth, we design your smile looking at the face as a whole — so your new smile works in perfect harmony with you.
Dental Implants
Titanium dental implants have been used since the 1980s. A titanium implant replaces a missing tooth root, supporting a crown or bridge that emerges from the gum like a natural tooth. Multiple implants can be combined with whitening, fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures.
Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment saves teeth that would otherwise need to be removed. Using advanced equipment and state-of-the-art techniques, modern treatment is predictable and generally pain-free. The tooth is completely numbed and isolated with a sheet of latex called a rubber dam.
Bridges
A bridge is a simple way to replace a missing tooth or teeth, usually by crowning one or both neighbouring teeth and joining them together. There are various types and materials — our experienced dentists help you decide which is right for you.
Invisalign
Invisalign® straightens teeth with a series of nearly invisible, removable clear aligners. Records of your teeth are scanned into a computer to simulate your treatment from start to finish, and aligners are changed every two weeks.
Tooth Whitening
We draw on decades of experience using various whitening systems to perfect a brighter, natural-looking result for your smile.
ACC Consultation
No matter how careful we are, accidents happen — and teeth are one of the few parts of the body that won't heal themselves after an injury. Our dentists are extremely experienced in dealing with dental trauma and can have you back smiling in no time.
Dentures
Despite our best efforts, dentures are sometimes the right option. We work closely with a fantastic technician to provide perfectly fitting, comfortable and natural-looking dentures.
Stop Snoring
Most snorers can be helped with a simple device, custom-fitted by your dentist to gently pull the lower jaw forward. A mandibular advancement splint (MAS) draws the tongue away from the soft palate and the back of the throat, opening the airway. If you suspect obstructive sleep apnoea, we'll guide you toward the right medical assessment.
